Board Letter asking NSPI for any comments to be provided by May 25, 2010

Filed in: M03096 — P-199 - Nova Scotia Power Inc./Efficiency Nova Scotia Corporation - Request for Funding from NSPIRequest Board approval for initial funding of ENS by NSPI in the amount of $2,040,000.  Funding will cover the cost of establishing ENS as a functioning entity and of operating it as such during its first twelve months.  In addition, Funding would include an additional amount to fund the work of ENS in developing the 2012 DSM plan, including the engagement of appropriate consultants and participation in the Program Development Working Group (PDWG) process.
